Early Bird HIIT Training – SPRING/SUMMER ONLY

When: Monday mornings 6.30am – 7.15am, Term-Time Only

Where: Memorial Park, Manor Road, Wantage, OX12 8DW

Why: High Intensity Interval Training is the fastest & most effective way to get in shape, tone up, increase metabolism & burn fat. Perfect timing as summer approaches!

Personality type: Hard worker, not afraid to sweat with a sunny disposition!

Cost: £6 per session or 5 for £25

What to bring: Water, small towel & gym/yoga mat if you have one.

No booking required. Everyone welcomed. Exercise progressions and regressions offered to suit all ability levels.

BuggyBeat – Parent & Baby Class…Launching 11th September

When: Tuesday Mornings (Term Time Only) 10.30am – 11.30am

Where: Memorial Park, Manor Road, Wantage, OX12 8DW

Why: A fully inclusive & welcoming outdoor cross training class for mum’s, dad’s, nannies, grandads, childminders, guardians, toddlers & babies. Making exercise fun with your buggy!

Who is this for: ANYONE who looks after a toddler or baby who wants to get fitter, healthier & tire out their little ones at the same time!

Cost: £6 per session or 5 for £25

Couch to 5K – England Athletics Run Leader – Beginners Running Program

When: Thursday Evenings 7.00pm – 8.00pm (Next program starting Thursday 13th September)

Where: The Lord Nelson, 78 Charlton Road, Wantage, OX12 8HL

Why: A 9 week progressive running program with ongoing group support and motivation.  This program keeps you on track ensuring that all important 5K success

Personality type: Dedicated, committed, supportive and friendly 🙂

Cost: £7.50 per session + Optional group Park Run on completion

Pre booking essential. Beginners to running/fitness welcomed. Small group sizes ensuring individual attention.
