Tuesdays

Strength for 40+

A 55 minute indoor class focusing on strength for the over 40’s. This class will help build muscle and bone strength which is of huge importance as we age and transition through the peri/menopause years. 

When: Tuesdays @ 1.30pm, term time only.

Where: Kingston Lisle Village Hall

Cost: Block bookings @ £11 per session.

Wednesdays

Running

A 45-60 minute group run. Couch to 5k programs, 5-10k programs & social running for those who can comfortably run 5k without stopping. Please enquire for dates. 

When: Wednesday evenings, 6.30pm, term time only.

Where: Kingsgrove Estate, Wantage

Cost: Block bookings @ £10 per session.

Thursdays

Strength for 40+

When: Thursdays @ 6.30pm, term time only.

Where: Kingston Lisle Village Hall

Cost: Block bookings @ £11 per session.
