Tuesdays

Strength for 40+

A 45 minute indoor class focusing on strength for the over 40’s. This class will help build muscle and bone strength which is of huge importance as we age and transition through the peri/menopause years. 

When: Tuesdays @ 12.30pm & 1.30pm. Term Time Only.

Where: Baulking, just past Challow

Cost: Block bookings @ £10 per session.

Pre & Postnatal Fitness Class

When: Tuesdays @ 9.15 – 10.00am. Term Time Only

Where: Kingsgrove, Nature Trail

Why: A fully inclusive & welcoming outdoor fitness class for mum’s, dad’s, nannies, grandads, childminders, guardians, toddlers & babies. Making exercise fun with your baby & buggy!

Who is this for: Anyone who looks after a baby/toddler, enjoys the fresh air and wants to tire out their little ones whilst doing some gentle exercise. Exercises to suit all ability levels.

Cost: Block bookings @ £8.00 per class. Drop in £10 per class.

Wednesdays

HIIT Class

Open to everyone, whatever your fitness level – push through your OWN fitness boundaries and enjoy YOUR fitness improvements! Guaranteed hard work, sweat and ENJOYMENT!

When: Wednesday evenings, 6.30 – 7.30pm. Term Time Only.

Where: Kingsgrove Estate, Wantage (Winter), Harcourt Green, Wantage (Summer)

Cost: Block bookings @ £8.50 per class. Drop in £10 per class.

Running

A 45-60 minute group run. Couch to 5k programs, 5-10k programs & social running for those who can comfortably run 5k without stopping. Please enquire for dates. 

When: Wednesday evenings, 7.30 – 8.15-30pm. Term Time Only.

Where: Kingsgrove Estate, Wantage

Cost: Block bookings @ £10 per session.

Thursdays

Glutes & Core

A 45 minute indoor class specifically designed to target those glutes & core in a structured and methodical way. This class will shape, tone and strengthen with the use of resistance bands, balls and sliders. 

When: Thursdays @ 7.30 – 8.15pm. Term Time Only.

Where: Baulking, just past Challow

Cost: Block bookings @ £10 per session.
