Peanut Butter & Chocolate Brownies

Calling all peanut butter lovers!!! These are insane. No need to bake, ready to eat in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

The Base

300g soft dates

200g smooth peanut butter

50g cocoa powder

The Caramal Middle

150g smooth peanut butter

2 x tbs runny honey

Pinch of sea salt

The Choccy Top

300g dark chocolate or chocolate of choice

Pinch of sea salt

Method

  1. Place all the ‘base’ ingredients into a food processor and whiz until smooth.
  2. Flatten the mixture evenly into a lined cake tin.
  3. Place all the ‘caramel middle’ ingredients into the food processor and whiz until smooth.
  4. Flatten the mixture evenly over the ‘base’ ingredients.
  5. Melt 300g dark chocolate and pour over the top.
  6. Set in the freezer for 30-45minutes then cut into slices.
  7. Keep in an airtight container in the fridge or place back into the freezer.
